Not much is known yet, but it's clear that Big Time Gaming have taken on cluster mechanics. Their first cluster slot will be Star Clusters, the mechanic itself will be called Megaclusters.
The exact launch date is not known, but according to some reports, it will happen in the second quarter of this year, possibly in June. According to the Bigwinboard website, something very interesting is brewing. Here is what they write:

If we collect all the currently available information about Star Clusters, then this is what we get. Initially, it will be a 4x4 slot, which expands to 8x8. And during free spins, the maximum increase in reels is up to 16x16. This expansion will occur due to the fact that each winning symbol will be divided into four small ones. Maximum payout 25,000x, RTP 96.53%.
